Welcome to thehidden-wiki.cc, an independent directory and guide for people who want to learn about the Tor network and onion services. Our goal is to make the privacy-focused corner of the internet easier to understand and safer to explore, especially for newcomers.
What We Do
The Tor network can be confusing, and it’s full of outdated links, copycat sites, and scams. We try to cut through that by offering:
- A curated link directory of onion services, organized by category and reviewed periodically for availability.
- Beginner guides on what Tor is, how onion addresses work, and how to protect your privacy and security.
- Safety information to help visitors recognize phishing pages, fake clones, and common scams.
Independence and Non-Affiliation
thehidden-wiki.cc is an independent project. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any other website, organization, or service, including other sites using the name “Hidden Wiki,” the Tor Project, or any service listed in our directory.
Including a link in our directory does not mean we endorse, operate, or vouch for that site. Each listed service is run by its own operators, and we have no control over its content or practices.
No Unofficial Mirrors
We do not publish, operate, or authorize any unofficial mirrors. The only official address for this site is:
thehidden-wiki.cc
Any other domain or onion address claiming to be a mirror, backup, or “new version” of this site is not ours. Copycat sites often exist to steal personal information or money. Before you trust a page, check the address bar carefully.
Content Standards
We aim to keep this directory useful and lawful. [We do not knowingly list services involving the exploitation of children, violence, or other clearly illegal activity, and we remove such links when reported.] Listings may change or go offline without notice, and we cannot guarantee the accuracy, safety, or availability of any third-party site.
Stay Safe
- Use the official Tor Browser, downloaded only from torproject.org.
- Keep your browser and operating system up to date.
- Never share personal details, passwords, or payment information with sites you can’t verify.
- Be skeptical of offers that seem too good to be true, as they usually are.
- Follow the laws that apply where you live.
